Phuoc An held the first General Meeting of Shareholders, the term of 2017-2022

In the morning of August 10th, Phuoc An Coffee Co., Ltd held the Shareholders' General Meeting to set up Phuoc An Coffee Joint Stock Company. Attending the meeting were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Enterprise Development and Reform Board, Nguyen Tuan Ha, leaders of departments and shareholders.

After over 40 years of establishment, renovation and development, Phuoc An coffee one member limited company gradually affirmed its position in the market. In 2009, the company was selected by the provincial People's Committee as a pilot unit of equitisation. The total value of the enterprise as of 1/1/2016 is over 348 billion VND, the total state capital is over 136 billion VND, the chartered capital converted to joint stock company is over 136 billion VND. The state holds 35% of the shares in the enterprise

So far the total number of shares has been auctioned over 8.8 million shares with a total value of more than 87.5 billion. In which, more than 3.4 million shares (worth over 34 billion dong) were sold to strategic investors namely Nutifood Nutrition Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City); State-owned shares held over 4.7 million shares worth over VND47.6 billion (35%); shares sold to trade unions with a total value of 60 billion (accounting for 0.073%); 95,984 shares sold with preferential shares for the total value of more than 575 million (accounting for 0.704%); preferential shares for employees with long-term stable contracts 202.816 shares with a total value of more than 1.2 billion (accounting for 1.488%); The total number of shares sold to shareholders is 31,696 shares with a total value of more than VND 316 million (accounting for 0.233%). shares sold to other investors more than 5 million shares, total value of 51.2 billion (37.502%).
