Ministry of Agriculture Vietnam Export Volume Report

Bloomberg, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development reported 937,000 tonnes of Vietnam's coffee exports in the first seven months of the year (January to July 2017), down 16.4% from the same period last year. .

July exports were only 106,000 tonnes as June exports reached 109,000 tonnes. Thus, the latest two month export data is 140,000 tonnes lower than July 2016 and 122,000 tonnes in June 2016.

Total exports in the first 6 months of 2017 were reported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at 831,000 tonnes, higher than the expected 817,000 tonnes.

In recent years, Vietnam's exports have averaged 160,000 tonnes per month and have fallen since April 2017, the highest level of 138,000 tonnes so far.

Some traders and foreign visitors reported that the real food market of producing countries and countries consumed very rare coffee type 1 screen 16 when Vietnam crop 2016/17 yields lower than expected.

Coffee 18 is offered more than 2.8 euros from foreign buyers in Europe. They are also looking to buy high quality AB coffee in India.
